Founder’s Day is a significant and cherished event celebrated across the New Era group of institutions, a reaffirmation of commitment to its mission and values. On this year’s Founder Day’s celebration on 9th April 2025, each one associated with New Era Public School, Dwarka got together to commemorate the 66th anniversary of the institution and the 37th anniversary of New Era Public School, Dwarka .

The esteemed founders of New Era group of institutions, Mr. R.L. Chopra and Mrs. Usha Chopra, laid the cornerstone of the institution’s success. With their vision and foresight, they envisioned an institution that would provide holistic learning while nurturing global citizens. Their vision has not only materialized but has flourished elevating New Era to a beacon of educational enlightenment, transforming the lives of countless students.

The function began by welcoming the chairperson Mrs Usha Chopra and The Director, Mr Rohit Chopra. This was followed by a havan to seek God’s blessings.

The enthusiastic students mesmerised everyone with their musical and dance performances, namely Gyaan ki Roshni and Aayo Re Shubh Din Aayo Re, respectively. This was followed by dramatization of a poem-an exhilarating performance, based on Malala Yousufzai’s Nobel Peace Prize Speech -ONE CHILD, ONE TEACHER, ONE PEN, CAN CHANGE THE WORLD - depicting the fight for the right of every child to receive an education.

This was followed by Mrs Usha Chopra and Mr Rohit Chopra addressing the gathering with their inspiring words .The day was celebrated with fervour, zest and enthusiasm in the school.

A blessed day dedicated to express gratitude to the visionary founders, appreciation for the dedicated educators and enthusiastic students. The program ended with a promise to uphold the legacy of excellence that defines New Era Public School group of Institutions.
