HOLIDAY HOMEWORK PRESENTATION
EK BHARAT SHRESHTHA BHARAT
It is rightly said, “A good holiday is not only for relaxation but also for self improvement and growth.” Embracing the opportunity to present the holiday homework that ignited the curiosity, expanded the knowledge and kept the children creatively engaged, the students of primary wing of New Era Public School, Dwarka enthralled everyone with the holiday homework presentation on 28th August ’24. To celebrate the idea of India as a nation wherein different cultural units across varied geographies coalesce and interact with each other, this glorious manifestation of diverse cuisine, music, dance, monuments, movies & films, handicrafts, sports, literature, festivals, painting, sculpture etc. will enable the students to imbibe the innate chord of binding and brotherhood, the presentation was based on Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programme that aims to enhance interaction and promote mutual understanding between people of different states through the concept of state/UT pairing.
The event was marked by the gracious presence of the Chairperson, Mrs. Usha Chopra and the Director, Mr. Rohit Chopra. This year the homework was integrated with Lakshdweep, the serene and beautiful city of islands. Each class, from LKG to Class V, presented their homework taking everyone through a kaleidoscope of projects. The sequence of presentation and their themes was as follows:
Class LKG - Animals
Class UKG - Transport
Class I - Water
Class II - Plants
Class III- Flora and Fauna
Class IV - Occupations
Class V - Monuments
The students awed the audience with their mesmerizing performances. The chairperson, Mrs. Usha Chopra complimented the students on their outstanding performance . The Director,
Mr. Rohit Chopra also applauded the students in his speech and congratulated them on their incredible presentation.
