We are pleased to announce that our school completed the 999 Challenge, an initiative of the Integrated Holistic Healthcare – an official working group of C20 which included 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar followed by 9 minutes of meditation for World Peace for 9 days from 18th April to 28th April’2023. This challenge demonstrated the vital impact of yoga and meditation in our lives. It was taken up as a Yagna by students of classes V-VIII. Students were super-excited every day to carry their yoga mats to the open school field and perform the challenge.
Incorporating yoga into our daily routine can help us develop important life skills such as self-awareness, self-discipline, and empathy. These skills are essential for personal growth and success in all areas of life.
