HONOURS CEREMONY FOR THE CLASS OF 205-26

The Honours Ceremony for the graduating Batch of 2025-26 was held to celebrate the academic excellence, discipline, and personal transformation of class XII students. The event served as a formal valediction, marking the transition of students to the threshold of professional and higher academic horizons. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mrs. Usha Chopra, Chairperson, who was acknowledged for her visionary leadership and integrity and Mr. Rohit Chopra, Director, the mentor and the foundational inspiration for the organization. The event was also graced by Mrs. Kanwal Kohli, the Academic Advisor of our school.
A significant moment of the event was the official release of the magazine, 'Memoirs – 2026', by the Chairperson. The publication serves as a departing gift, capturing the colourful memories, future aspirations, and blessings of the graduating class.
A special video presentation was screened, featuring messages of encouragement and heartfelt wishes from the faculty. The presentation underscored the vital role teachers played in the success and personal growth of the students. This was followed by the core of the ceremony that involved the distribution of Proficiency Certificates and Certificates of Excellence. Mrs. Priti Ramendra, Vice Principal, led the formal reading of the student citations. The awards recognized diverse talents across the following categories: Academic Excellence, Co-curricular Talents, Technical & Vocational Skills, Sports & Physical Education, Leadership & Character.
The Director, Mr. Rohit Chopra addressed the gathering, offering words of wisdom for the future. He concluded his address by announcing the Valedictorian for the Batch of 2025-26, honouring, Reet Sharma of XII A, who best embodied the school’s academic and ethical standards.
The event reached its emotional peak with the Candle-Lighting Ceremony, a ritual that symbolizes the transition of knowledge into wisdom and the school’s hope that the values imbibed by the students during their tenure would serve as a guiding light in their future endeavours.
The ceremony concluded with a message of empowerment, reminding the graduates of the courage and strength they carry within. The proceedings ended fostering a sense of community and shared celebration.
